Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using The Round ("the app", "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all users, including those on the waitlist and founding members.

The Service

The Round is a golf passport and round logging app that allows users to discover courses, log rounds, build a personal collection, and connect with other golfers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Your Account

• —You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• —You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• —You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• —You may not create accounts for others without their permission

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to The Round, including round notes, photos, and profile information. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the service.

You are responsible for the content you post. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or violates the rights of others.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Intellectual Property

The Round, its logo, design, and all associated content created by us are owned by The Round and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Disclaimers

The Round is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Course data and information in the app may not always be accurate or current.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Round shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
